However, a credit card authorization form will need to be used to ensure deposit requirements are met. This form will need to be accompanied by photocopies of both sides of the credit card, a photocopy of holder’s passport, and written authorization.
* Deposits will be refunded in full less USD250.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
* Final Payments are non refundable
* A US$50.00 administration fee will apply to each change after a booking has been confirmed. Changes cannot necessarily be accommodated in all cases.
* Number of people should not exceeding the villa maximum occupancy
* Events or functions at the villa must be authorized by Bali Exotic Breeze
* The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, it's owners, staff, employees or agent.

Villa Marakarita
4.5 bedroom Villa Marakarita is situated in an ideal area of Seminyak, close to restaurants, shops and activities. It is located on a quiet back road leading to a stylish compound of two structures.

Near the entrance is a separate guesthouse, which is totally self-contained with a living area and kitchen.  Within this structure are two large bedrooms with an adjoining bathroom.

At the rear of the property facing a large swimming pool and outdoor patio dining area and lounge area the main house is located.  The open living room features tropically colored cushions of the built-in sofa facing a large formal dining area adjacent to the spacious open kitchen area in the rear.

This main house has three bedrooms AC.  Courtyards in the rear decorated with stone statuary extend the feeling of space in the rear area of the main house.

There is ample parking and a separate staff quarters at the entrance near the parking area.  This villa has a full staff of maid service, security and cooking.
